The class 126 is part of the SRPS's Core Collection. Ongoing work on the vehicles is normally carried out in the workshop area of the Scottish Railway Museum building

The Railcar Association's Class 126 feature
The Website of the Birmingham Railcar Workgroup, based on the Churnet Valley Railway (in Staffordshire), aiming to fully restore and maintain six Class 104 Diesel Railcars. Two vehicles have already been superbly restored to regular passenger service with restoration of a third currently in progress. This website provides news, background information, and an online resource for Class 104 Diesel Multiple Units in general.
The Paint Shop. Web site of the Painters Department, Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway. Two restoration projects are currently being worked on at this time, LNER Buffet Car No 644 & NBR Invalid Saloon No.461 and each vehicle can be viewed within the pages of this site.
SRPS C&W Department. The activities of the Carriage and Wagon department of the Scottish Railway Preservation Society at Bo'ness are featured on this site. Also features a lot of information on the 24v battery system fitted to Mk1 coaches.
